Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and documentation. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return or exchange request is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective or damaged.

• The item received does not match the product description.

• You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Products that have been used or show signs of use.

• Products that are not in their original condition or packaging.

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

• Requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered. To request an exchange, please contact us at bekofy26@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item. In such cases, Bekofy will cover the return shipping expenses.
